I'm going to start living my life as the person I came to this earth to be”.

Here's a little more about me:
My mission is to inspire people all over the world to transform their lives through the practice of journaling. I wrote a definition for the word Journalution which begins;  “the act of revealing your inner wisdom through writing.”

I have addressed audiences for the National Association of Women Writers, Motorola, State Farm on board Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. I am a new member of The Omega Institute's esteemed faculty, teaching at the Rhinebeck & Costa Rica retreat centers. 

Journalution has received glowing endorsements from authors such as Deepak Chopra, Debbie Ford, Mark Victor Hansen, John Gray - and Louise Hay, and has been featured in The Chicago Tribune, The Palm Beach Post, Body + Soul Magazine, Woman's Day, Balance Magazine and Ocean Drive Magazine. 

I work to empower women, nurture and inspire young people and help others discover their passion and purpose so that they may be fulfilled, abundant, purposeful, spiritually conscious human beings who give their gifts and talents back to the world. I am a loving supporter of GAP Girls (Girls Advocacy Project) at the Miami Detention Center and a portion of all profits that I receive from speaking engagements is donated to this organization.
